What’s the quickest route into psychology

Psychologists must have postgraduate qualifications; therefore, there isn’t a fast track route.

To become a Chartered Psychologist, you will need to gain Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) and then go on to further training in the field of psychology that you want to work in.

Usually this means completing a psychology undergraduate degree (or conversion course) followed by 3 years of postgraduate training.

There is a lot of competition for postgraduate courses and most require applicants to have some relevant work experience before applying.
